CT EAST HAMPTON — Inland Wetlands Agency finds no violation at Collie Brook Road parcel. Chairman Josh Wilson investigated a Notice of Violation after abutting property owners reported concern about construction activity in wetlands on property owner Stanley Stanko's vacant parcels; the agency determined test pit digging for soil evaluation did not violate regulations and allowed work to continue provided the access road is not widened. The agency unanimously voted to dismiss the violation and will review the property owner's land survey against town maps at the September meeting to confirm wetlands boundaries are correctly delineated.
