CT EAST HAMPTON — The East Hampton Commission on Aging's Expo Working Group unanimously approved $160 spending for double-sided lawn signs promoting a November 7 health and services expo at East Hampton High School. Dr. M.
Cookie Mankowski, chair of the session, and members including Jean Sundstrom and David McGovern finalized vendor logistics, with sign-in at the high school's back entrance and a services-information table staffed by Kim Crabbe. Eric Rosenberg, commission chair, proposed a three-tier publicity timeline beginning 90 days before the event, with escalating intensity through the 30-day mark. Kathy Megan outlined a media plan starting with RiverEast announcements in late August, advancing to detailed September stories and paid October-November ads, supported by digital promotion and lawn signage.
