America 250 Committee approves agenda, minutes from prior meeting

CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton America 250 Committee approves plans for May anniversary events. Curriculum Director Mary Clark from the Board of Education outlined school activities including a trip to Boston, visits to Lebanon Green and the Bevin Bell factory, with school bands performing in the Memorial Day and Old Home Days parades. Co-Chair Kevin Reich discussed potential activities such as a house tour and time capsule.

The committee will seek state permission to use the America 250 logo and wording on town documents; the Town Council will review the request on January 27th.
