CT EAST HAMPTON — America 250 Committee approves prior minutes and reviews 250th anniversary programs. Co-Chairman Kevin Reich opened the March 24 meeting, during which resident Ekaterine Tchelidze presented a Veteran Banner Program for consideration, with Co-Chairman Jack Solomon suggesting coordination with the VFW. New activities added to the calendar include the 13 Bells for 13 Colonies Treasure Hunt beginning in June, a Decorate for the 4th of July event, a Boy Scouts float for the Middletown parade, and a Chatham Historic Society skit for Old Home Day.

Students plan to visit cemeteries on Good Friday to locate Revolutionary War veteran gravestones.
