Arts Commission increases Old Home Day parade budget, selects senior center artwork

CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Arts Commission increases Old Home Day spending to $1,250. Chairman Alex Bridgemohan announced the commission will design t-shirts and banners for the July 11 parade, with Joni Maxwell coordinating chalk distribution through Amazon. The commission voted unanimously to increase the original $800 budget to $1,250 for expanded giveaways.

In separate action, the commission selected Geralyn Yocher's painting "Hummingbird" for the East Hampton Senior Center, with the artist to receive $300.
