Board approves FY27 budget calendar, adjusts March deliberation meeting

CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Finance Board approves FY27 budget calendar with adjusted deliberation dates. Director of Finance Jeffery Jylkka distributed the FY25 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report and Federal and State Single Audits to the seven-member board. The board reviewed year-to-date FY26 revenue and expenditure figures in a new reporting format with historical comparisons from fiscal years 2023 through 2025.
Budget workshops begin March 17 for general government, regulatory, health and human services, and culture and recreation; March 18 for the Board of Education; and March 19 for public safety and public works. The board rescheduled a key budget deliberation session from March 25 to March 26.
