CT EAST HAMPTON — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approves lot coverage variance for residential property at 12 West Point Road. PegArch Architecture's proposal will reduce existing maximum lot coverage from 45 percent to 39.4 percent through removal of impervious features and construction of a residential addition, deck, and stormwater recharge system, reducing a longstanding nonconforming condition. The board also accepted two new applications and scheduled public hearings: Kenneth Barber's request to build a barn at 39 Daly Road on June 8, and Kevin and Amanda Reed's application for a deck at 5 Hawthorne on August 10.
