CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Board of Finance sets June 2 referendum for FY 2027 budget. Finance Director Jeffery Jylkka outlined adjustments reflecting a 3.23 percent expenditure increase and a mill rate of 28.67, including a new Pequot/Mohegan grant of $104,793 and increases in state education reimbursement and telephone payment in lieu of taxes. The board approved the FY 2026 Tax Suspense List unanimously and noted the town expects a $300,000 positive variance for the current fiscal year.
