Brownfields Agency Approves Revised Bylaws

CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Brownfields Agency unanimously approves revised bylaws at July 27 meeting. The six-member board voted 6-0 to adopt the revisions following review. Town Manager David Cox reported the DECD grant close-out nearing completion and raised concerns about 13 Summit Street's structural integrity.
The agency discussed Connecticut grant programs with a September 9 deadline and determined it may defer application to round 25 to allow additional time for developing a stronger remediation action plan.
