CT EAST HAMPTON — Brownfields agency charts planning goals for village center. Chairman Ryan Baldassario and Brownfields Redevelopment Agency members discussed planning goals for the village center with Town Planner Juliet Hodge, who asked them to think bigger picture. The agency is two years into a four-year assessment grant and explored mixed-use development options for properties at 1 and 13 Watrous.
Members agreed to submit planning summaries by the end of the following day. Following Mr. Lisowski's resignation to focus on the Firehouse Site and Development Commission, the agency is seeking a new member.
