CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Brownfields agency advances DECD cleanup grant application for 3 Walnut property. The agency reviewed a draft application during a February 25 special meeting, designating 3 Walnut as the priority cleanup target. Chairman Ryan Baldassario and members discussed each section, which requires no zoning changes or variances.
Members will revise assigned sections individually, submitting revisions one week before the March 23 meeting for agency approval, ahead of a grant deadline two days later.
