Clean Energy Task Force · Meeting of April 7, 2026

CT EAST HAMPTON — Clean Energy Task Force advances Sustainable CT bronze certification and summer outreach. The task force, led by Chairman Russ Kaplan, reviewed progress using a color-coded tracking spreadsheet and discussed adding updated information to state and town websites. The group will present the pollinator pathways resolution to the Town Council on April 28.

For the HeatSmart program, the task force plans an April 26 event at the antique car club covered bridge with Lantern Energy enrollment and outreach targeting renters and low-income residents. East Hampton was listed in the first round of solar charging installations for Town Hall and the library site.
