Commission approves two-lot subdivision and middle-housing text amendments.

CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously approves middle-housing compliance amendments and subdivision. Chair Ray Zatorski and the full six-member voting panel voted 6-0 to adopt text amendments to multiple code sections required by Connecticut Public Act 25-1 governing middle housing and parking, and also approved a two-lot subdivision for West High Enterprises LLC at 12 Long Crossing Road, subject to Chatham Health sign-off on septic relocation. A special permit application from Skinner Street Properties LLC for mixed-use and industrial uses at 46 Skinner Street was accepted and scheduled for public hearing on August 5, 2026.

Planning and Zoning Official Juliet Hodge announced her departure but offered to complete the Comprehensive Plan of Conservation and Development remotely.
