Middle Haddam Historic District Commission · Meeting of May 28, 2026

CT EAST HAMPTON — Middle Haddam Historic District Commission approves window and door replacement with architectural conditions. Chairperson Charles Roberts, Vice Chair Casey Donnelly, Member Kara Pedersen, and Alternate David Loranger voted 4-0 to approve Application 624 for David Giroux at 20 Keighley Pond Road, conditioned on installation of a wooden front door matching house style instead of a Masonite fiberglass door. The commission also unanimously approved April 23 meeting minutes.

In new business, Roberts reported no permits or inspections recorded since February 2025 at recently listed 57 Middle Haddam Road property.
