Chair Charles Roberts, members Patrick Walsh and Peter Pach, and Alternate David Loranger voted 4-0 to permit Mary Jo Shafer of 20 Knowles Road to replace 10 second-floor windows with white fibrex/composite windows featuring divided light grille style, and 4-0 to allow Ronald Kuivila and Barbara Tsumagari of 39 Middle Haddam Road to replace their front door with a six light wooden door with aged bronze hardware.
