Commission on Aging approves June minutes, hears services update

CT EAST HAMPTON — Commission on Aging approves prior minutes and reviews mid-summer operations. Chair Eric Rosenberg, MD, reported Senior Services activity for June 17 through July 9 included 997 in-person attendees, 53 out-of-town guests, 9 hours of social services, 154 transportation trips, and 77 volunteer hours. The commission discussed accessory dwelling unit regulations with Planning and Zoning, updated planning for a Health Expo, and heard that EH Community Cares now serves 121 participants with 50 volunteers supporting 71 members.
The 2025-2026 budget closed with only $400 unspent.
