CT EAST HAMPTON — Design Review Board approves three applications unanimously. Chairman Kevin Burnham, Vice Chair Zachary Nelson, and Member Sali Cosford Parker voted to approve a sign replacement at 36 East High Street; a larger sign and planned summer façade update at 367 West High Street, with a condition restricting additional storefront signage; and a 30-by-50-foot storage garage at 98 Middletown Avenue, with the applicant required to return for separate sign and lighting approvals from the Planning and Zoning Commission. Member Glenn Curtin was absent.
