CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Design Review Board approves two sign applications. The board unanimously backed a 12-by-18-inch sign for Happy Hands Art Studio at 41 West High Street with recommendations to match existing border styling. A second application for 55 Main Street passed 3-1, with the board recommending the applicant raise a 60-by-23.25-inch sign at least two feet for improved visibility while staying within the town's 10-foot height limit; member Sali Cosford Parker dissented.
The applicant had temporarily displayed the sign to demonstrate its appearance in the Village Center location.
