CT EAST HAMPTON — Design Review Board tables sign application for 37 East High Street. Business owner Erick Amaya and the property owner sought approval for a channel-letter aluminum and vinyl sign with LED lighting to replace an existing box sign, with the new sign remaining within approved signage limits. Chair Kevin Burnham and the four-member board, meeting virtually on September 17, voted unanimously 5-0 to table the application, citing missing site plans, elevation maps, and documentation of façade changes completed without board review.

The board will not proceed until the applicant submits a complete package per Design Review Board requirements.
