Economic Development Commission approves prior minutes, advances POCD planning.

CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Economic Development Commission approves May minutes unanimously and advances Plan of Conservation and Development planning. Chair Mary Milewski presided over a meeting attended by six members and Town Planner Juliet Hodge; Peter Johnson was absent. The commission discussed barriers facing new business owners, promoted the Business of the Month nomination application via social media and the Rivereast, and authorized Vice Chair Evan Giza to attend regional meetings for the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce, RiverCOG, CEDA, and DECD.

Town Planner Hodge continues collecting public comments for incorporation into the POCD, with results and vision session highlights to be shared with the commission and public.
