Economic Development Commission nominates McLean Farm for April Business of the Month

CT EAST HAMPTON — Economic Development Commission nominates local farm as April Business of the Month. The commission voted unanimously to select McLean Farm, part of an effort to highlight local agricultural businesses in East Hampton. Town Planner Juliet Hodge reported the Plan of Conservation and Development public input process has concluded with eleven sessions; a community survey remains open for two more weeks, and the completed POCD is due in July with Planning and Zoning public hearings to follow.
The commission heard a presentation from Dale Kroop of RiverCog offering no-cost on-call Economic Development services including business retention, business attraction, and member training, with Mr. Kroop scheduled to return in May or June if approved.
