CT EAST HAMPTON — Housing Authority approves $19,500 Harp Grant and establishes ADA service animal policy. Chairman Pete Brown and members Judie Bobbi, Susan Lanzi, David McGovern, and Elizabeth Whitty convened at Bellwood Court on February 19. The board voted unanimously to adopt the agenda and approve prior meeting minutes.
Executive Director David Schumacher reported Valentine's Day party success, upcoming St. Patrick's Day festivities, fire blanket distribution, and temporary sidewalk work near Building A. The board clarified that weight restrictions cannot be applied to certified ADA service dogs residing at the authority's properties.
Chatham reported full occupancy; Bellwood has two open apartments.
