CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Housing Authority approves December minutes and introduces newest member. The board, meeting January 15 at Chatham Acres Community Room and via Zoom, unanimously approved the December 18 minutes and formally welcomed Susan Lanzi to the five-member body. Executive Director David Schumacher reported the authority's budget has been submitted to the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority and noted that handicapped-access ramps will be ordered next week.
The board reviewed two quotes for snow guards: $2,700 from Chatham and $4,400 from Bellwood, with Schumacher planning to schedule meetings with both vendors for further explanation. Chatham Acres currently has one opening, to be filled February 1, while Bellwood has two vacancies.
