CT EAST HAMPTON — Housing Authority approves prior minutes and maintenance updates. The board unanimously approved the February 19 meeting minutes and received monthly updates from Executive Director David Schumacher, including installation of a Chatham water room control panel on March 25 and a laundry company price increase. A February plowing bill totaled 23,000 dollars.

Residents currently hold three open apartments: two at Bellwood and one at Chatham. Public comment addressed laundry machine repairs, mailbox security, and pothole conditions at the Chatham Acres entrance.
