Housing Authority approves June minutes; maintenance projects advance

CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Housing Authority approves prior minutes, updates maintenance. Executive Director David Schumacher reported sidewalk crack filling completed at both Chatham Acres and Bellwood properties, with repairs at Chatham continuing into the following week. The board reviewed financial statements with no outstanding bills; an audit is scheduled for August.

Two apartments remain vacant, one at each location. Residents praised Schumacher's engagement and the success of recent summer picnics and craft days at the properties.
