Housing Authority approves March minutes, hears facilities update

CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Housing Authority approves prior minutes and receives capital projects update. Executive Director David Schumacher reported that handicap ramps are nearly complete across both properties, gazebos have been finished with electricity, and a water issue at Chatham has been resolved. Garden boxes ordered for Bellwood will be installed the following week.

The authority has two current vacancies at Bellwood and one at Chatham. Tenant Commissioner David McGovern said he will address a dispute between two residents that was brought to his attention.
