CT EAST HAMPTON — Housing Authority approves sidewalk repairs at both properties. Chairman Pete Brown and the board unanimously backed a quote from Asphalt Solutions for the work. Executive Director David Schumacher reported that rent recertifications are complete with new rates effective July 1, J DeMelia inspections found no major issues, and air conditioning cleanings are scheduled for June 23.
The authority has one vacancy at Bellwood and one at Chatham. The board also unanimously set the annual meeting for June 30.
