Inland Wetlands Watercourse Agency · Meeting of June 24, 2026

CT EAST HAMPTON — The Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Agency approved an as-of-right determination for regrading and culvert work at 4 Bates Drive and continued review of a Dream Developers Lake Drive residential project. Vice Chair W. Dean Kavalkovich, members Cathie Horan, Megan Joseph, and Thomas Heidel voted 4-0 to approve Dillon Marshall's application for yard regrading and hand-clearing of a clogged culvert, while moving Dream Developers' single-family residence proposal to the July 29 meeting pending stormwater and wetlands delineation review.

The agency also discussed a cease-and-desist issued to 39 Skyline Drive for unpermitted clearing in a conservation easement area, directing the homeowner to remove a shed and restore the land immediately. Josh Wilson and W. Dean Kavalkovich were re-elected Chair and Vice Chair unanimously.
