CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton's Inland Wetlands Agency approved a regrading and culvert project at 4 Bates Drive while deferring review of a new single-family residence proposed by Dream Developers on Lake Drive. Vice Chairman Dean Kavalkovich, with agency members Cathie Horan, Megan Joseph, and Thomas Heidel, unanimously approved applicant Dillon Marshall's as-of-right determination for backyard regrading of 4 to 8 inches and hand-clearing of a culvert. The Dream Developers project, represented by Steve Motto and engineer Tony Nenna, was continued to July 29 to allow the agency and town engineers to review stormwater and wetlands reports.

In an enforcement matter, the agency directed the homeowner at 39 Skyline Drive to remove a shed from a town-owned conservation easement and restore the land immediately.
