Inland Wetlands Agency approves Dream Developers Lake Drive residence application.

CT EAST HAMPTON — Inland Wetlands Agency approves single-family residence on Lake Drive. Chairman Josh Wilson moved approval of the IW-26-007 application by Dream Developers for a home on Lake Drive within the upland review area and LPP review area; the motion passed 5-0, with Vice Chair W. Dean Kavalkovich absent.
Project engineer Tony Nenya of Boundaries LLC detailed drainage structures, silt fences reinforced with straw bales, and erosion controls to reduce proposed runoff from existing conditions. The home and associated disturbance will remain less than 20 feet from the wetlands and will connect to public water and sewer systems.
