CT EAST HAMPTON — The Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Agency unanimously approved Manuel Medina as an authorized agent for the town. All six board members were present for the September 30 meeting, voting 6-0 on a motion by Chairman Josh Wilson. Medina has already processed two minor permit applications under his new authority: a fence replacement at North Main Street and a new home construction at 1 Freya Lane.

The board also discussed an ongoing subdivision application at Collie Brook Road from North American Builders LLC, permitting the applicant to continue test work outside the Upland Review Area under sediment control measures.
