CT EAST HAMPTON — The Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Agency approved two as-of-right determinations and addressed enforcement. Chairman Josh Wilson led the motion to deem unpermitted activity at 56 Tartia Road compliant upon stump removal (abstention from Thomas Heidel; 5-1 vote), and the agency unanimously approved as-of-right status for maintenance work at 102 Tartia Road, though members requested legal counsel clarification on whether routine upland maintenance requires a permit. A swim spa and deck project at 12 West Point Road was continued by Vice Chair W.
Dean Kavalkovich's motion to the May 27 meeting pending Zoning Board of Appeals review of existing nonconformity.
