CT EAST HAMPTON — Inland Wetlands Agency classifies two Tartia Road activities as-of-right uses. The Agency voted 5-1 to deem unpermitted clearing and stump placement at 56 Tartia Road as-of-right under Section 4.1.d, conditioned on hand removal of stumps with no machinery entry into the wetland. Chairman Josh Wilson also moved unanimously to classify routine maintenance at 102 Tartia Road — removal of dead vegetation and invasive growth — as-of-right, though the Commission requested legal counsel guidance on whether such activities in upland review areas constitute regulated activities.

The Agency continued a third application for 12 West Point Road to May 27, 2026, as PegArch Architecture's residential project reduces impervious coverage from 45 percent to 39.4 percent.
