CT EAST HAMPTON — Inland Wetlands Agency denies three-lot subdivision; soil data and wetlands protection lack sufficient detail. Vice-Chairman Dean Kavalkovich and members Cathie Horan, Pete Wall, and Thomas Heidel voted 4-0 to deny the Taylor Rand application at 45 Long Hill Road, citing inadequate topographical data, missing soil borings for drainage systems, and absence of detailed wetlands mitigation offsetting 88,000 square feet of Upland Review Area disturbance. Town Planner Juliet Hodge noted the Agency determined a two-lot configuration would be a feasible and prudent alternative with substantially lower wetlands impact.
