Joint Facilities approves Tighe & Bond engineering contract not to exceed $113,960

CT EAST HAMPTON — Colchester-East Hampton Joint Facilities Committee unanimously approves engineering contract. Chairman Jack Solomon and committee members voted 4-0 to authorize Tighe & Bond Task Order 001, a design and bidding-services agreement with fees not to exceed $113,960 for belt filter press equipment, with bid documents due by October 20, 2026. The committee also voted unanimously to reduce Hebron's monthly maintenance billing to 55 hours from 69 hours, effective July 1, 2026, after Superintendent Paul Cerreta determined actual work time substantially underran the established rate.
