CT EAST HAMPTON — Library Advisory Board launches Laptop ConneCT program with measured rollout strategy. Library Director Christine Cachuela reported the Library has cataloged 25 laptops and developed intake sheets, training protocols, and digital skills handouts for a program beginning appointments the week of September 14. The Library is partnering with Social Services and the Senior Center for initial outreach but postponing broader social media promotion to assess demand and staff requirements before expansion.

Vice Chairperson Cynthia Shirshac reported the Friends of the Library's Where's Bell scavenger hunt generated more than 6,000 dollars in receipts and spending at participating businesses.
