CT EAST HAMPTON — Planning and Zoning Commission approves two-lot re-subdivision with public sewer connection requirement. The commission unanimously approved the Investment LLC project at 8 Aldens Crossing Road based on revised plans, with six conditions including mandatory final approval before lot sale and sewer connection. The commission also accepted two new applications for March 4 public hearings: Tony Flannery's three-lot Flannery Row re-subdivision and Ryan Brodeur's 30-by-50-foot garage proposal at 98 Middletown Avenue.

The commission unanimously extended a special permit for Phoebe and Violet LLC to operate a motor fuel filling station with convenience store at 249 West High Street, conditioned on DPH Phase 1A certification. On the Clark Hill Road sewer expansion, commissioners voted 6-1 to provide favorable comments, with Angelus Tammaro voting against.
