CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Planning and Zoning Commission approves two-lot subdivision with multiple conditions. Chair Ray Zatorski and the seven-member commission voted unanimously to approve application PZC-25-013 for Investment LLC at 8 Aldens Crossing Road, contingent on public sewer connection, final approval before sale, and worksite restrictions limiting rock hammering to weekday business hours. The commission also unanimously approved a special permit extension for Phoebe and Violet LLC's motor fuel station at 249 West High Street and scheduled public hearings on March 4 for a three-lot subdivision by Tony Flannery and a 30-by-50-foot garage by Ryan Brodeur.

The commission voted 6-1 in favor of recommending the Clark Hill Road sewer expansion, with member Angelus Tammaro opposed.
