CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Planning and Zoning Commission continued two public hearings to April 1, 2026. Chairman Ray Zatorski and Vice-Chairman Michael Kowalczyk moved to extend review of applicant Tony Flannery's three-lot re-subdivision at Flannery Row after Planning and Zoning Official Juliet Hodge noted revised plans were submitted the day of the hearing and materials were not available to the public within the statutory timeframe. In a second case, the commission continued applicant Ryan Brodeur's request to construct a 30 feet by 50 feet metal garage at 98 Middletown Avenue, directing staff referral to the Design Review Board pending Brodeur's submission of proof of public hearing notices, certified mailings, and a site plan photograph.

Both hearings were tabled unanimously, 7-0.
