Planning and Zoning Commission continues two subdivision and garage applications.

CT EAST HAMPTON — East Hampton Planning and Zoning Commission defers two applications pending document review. Chair Ray Zatorski, Vice Chair Michael Kowalczyk, and six regular and alternate members unanimously voted 7-0 to continue the public hearing on Tony Flannery's three-lot re-subdivision after Planning and Zoning Official Juliet Hodge noted materials were not available for statutory public review, and to continue Ryan Brodeur's application for a 30-foot-by-50-foot roofing material storage garage after identifying missing site plan elements and referring the project to the Design Review Board for signage considerations. Both hearings resume April 1 at 6:30 p.m.
