POCD Steering Committee · Meeting of May 7, 2026
CT EAST HAMPTON — POCD Steering Committee approves prior minutes, readies public visioning phase. The committee, led by Planning and Zoning Official Juliet Hodge, unanimously approved April 9 minutes and heard from MP Planning Group consultants Mike Zuba and Patrick Gallagher on the structure of an upcoming Visioning Session featuring four interactive break-out stations. Parks and Recreation Director Deborah McKinney volunteered to locate a venue; all 16 present members were directed to urge attendance at their respective boards and commissions.
Hodge will visit most boards and commissions before June 30 to review possible POCD goals and plan content, with remaining outreach planned for the Historic Society, Fire and EMS, and infrastructure department heads.
