SP&A named to lead firehouse evaluation; kickoff meeting set for late April.

CT EAST HAMPTON — The Firehouse Site and Development Committee unanimously endorsed the Town Council-approved selection of SP&A to evaluate the town's three fire facilities and develop capital improvement recommendations. Town Manager David Cox reported the contract is expected to be signed within the week, with phase one evaluation and draft reports due by the end of June. The committee will hold a kickoff meeting with SP&A representatives at the end of April and may cancel the regular May meeting to accommodate the engagement.
Members want capital recommendations ready for the fiscal year 2027 budget process by late 2026.
