CT EAST HAMPTON — Zoning Board of Appeals approves variance for Woodland Estates driveway project. Vice-Chairman Kevin Reed moved to approve application ZBA-26-001, allowing a shared driveway width reduction from 22 feet to 15 feet, gravel portions, and access for four homes instead of three on a 12-acre Long Hill Road property. The 4-1 vote (Evan Giza opposed) cited substantial reduction of wetland disturbance, eliminating approximately 2,100 square feet of direct impact and nearly two acres of upland review area disturbance.
The board also unanimously scheduled public hearings for two additional variance applications on April 13, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.
