Zoning board approves three lot coverage and dimensional variances.
Zoning Board of Appeals · Meeting of April 13, 2026
CT EAST HAMPTON — Zoning Board of Appeals approves two variances in unanimous votes. Chair Brian Spack and Vice Chair Kevin Reed led the board to unanimous approval of a variance allowing 11 Skinner Street to increase lot coverage to 65 percent despite initial failure to obtain approval, and a variance splitting 12 Long Crossing into two conforming parcels to correct a 2018 mixed-use approval error. Planning and Zoning Official Juliet Hodge recommended both, citing wetland protection and nonconformity reduction respectively.
A third application for 12 West Point Road was accepted and scheduled for public hearing May 11, 2026, after staff recalculated that the proposed work would actually reduce impervious surface.
