CT EAST HAMPTON — Zoning Board of Appeals approves two variance applications in unanimous votes. The board cleared variances for Skinner Street LLC to increase lot coverage from 59 to 65 percent, citing undue hardship and wetland protection concerns, and for West High Enterprises to split a parcel at 12 Long Crossing into separate residence and commercial daycare lots, correcting a 2018 approval error. The board separately scheduled a May 11, 2026 public hearing for a third application by PegArch Architecture seeking lot coverage variance at 12 West Point Road, where staff review determined the proposed work would reduce impervious surface but a variance remains necessary because no prior variance was granted for existing excess.
