CT EAST HAMPTON — Inland Wetlands Agency approves reduced-impact swim spa project at 12 West Point Road. Chair Josh Wilson, Vice Chair W. Dean Kavalkovich, and members Peter Wall, Megan Joseph, Cathie Horan, and Thomas Heidel voted unanimously to allow PegArch Architecture to construct an addition, deck, and concrete pad for a swim spa while removing existing asphalt parking in the Upland Review Area.
The project will cut impervious surface coverage from 45 percent to 39.4 percent and includes a stormwater recharge system to reduce runoff to the adjacent lake. Town Planner Juliet Hodge reported a cease and desist issued for 39 Skyline Drive for clearing in a conservation area.
